GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Check in time 15:00
We would ask guests to advise us of their approximate arrival time.
Check out time 11:00.
Adult only Hotel. Only Children age 12 and above.
Pets not allowed.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book and check in at Hotel Can Mostatxins.
Photo ID will be required at the time of check in.
PAYMENT: Full payment will be taken for non refundable reservations at the time of booking and for standard bookings at the time of check in.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to come and stay we do advise that you contact us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid a charge for the period of your confirmed booking.
LATE DEPARTURE POLICY
Check out time is 11.00 am
For departures after this time please check availability with reception.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
We reserve the right to charge your card in the following instances:
For damage caused during your stay
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking at Hotel Can Mostatxins.
